By accessing or using AVReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to features included in your selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will require an active subscription to continue accessing paid features. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
Plans & Pricing: AVReady offers multiple subscription tiers. Current pricing is displayed on the signup page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Charges are processed automatically on the same day each billing cycle.
Payment Method: You authorize AVReady to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry the charge after 3 days, then 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after 14 days, your account may be suspended. You will receive email notification at each stage.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions may receive a pro-rated refund within the first 60 days.
Data Retention: After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period, you may reactivate your account with all data intact. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on the Service, including project briefs, product catalogs, client information, and uploaded documents. AVReady does not claim ownership of your content.
You grant AVReady a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when your account is closed and data is deleted.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, estimates, and project briefs. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. AVReady does not guarantee the accuracy of AI recommendations, pricing lookups, or equipment specifications. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious content; (e) resell access to the Service without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AVReady strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet service providers, hosting providers, or force majeure events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
