Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address when you create an account.
Project Data: Information you provide about AV projects, including room details, equipment preferences, client information, construction milestones, and uploaded documents (floor plans, inspection photos).
Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
Payment Information: Credit card details are processed and stored by our payment processor (Accept Blue) and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the last 4 digits and card type for display purposes.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send transactional emails (project notifications, billing receipts); (d) provide AI-powered recommendations; (e) respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Conversations with our AI consultant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Conversation content is sent to Anthropic for processing and is subject to their data usage policies. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Project data may be used in aggregate (anonymized) to improve recommendation accuracy.
We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for hosting, Anthropic for AI, Resend for email, Accept Blue for payments); (b) other users you explicitly share with (e.g., your AV company sees your project briefs); (c) law enforcement when required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. Payment card data is tokenized and never touches our servers.
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) opt out of non-essential communications.
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages related to project scheduling, milestone updates, and bid requests. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
